Return Policy

Returns

Eligibility: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Final release/limited edition drops (unless defective)

To start a return, email us at returns@dhoodies.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@dhoodies.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
